California Consumer Privacy Act and How it May Affect Our Digital Products

Rebekah Guyon, Esq., is a privacy, intellectual property, and entertainment attorney in Greenberg Traurig’s Los Angeles office.  Ms. Guyon represents clients in a variety of business and commercial disputes, and has significant experience advising companies in complex privacy and intellectual property matters, crisis management and data breach responses, and discovery strategy for cutting-edge data platforms. Ms. Guyon regularly writes and speaks on topics including Article III standing, consumer privacy law, and fair use under the Copyright Act. Before practicing law, Ms. Guyon taught high school U.S. history and New Mexico history.

 

Nicolas Walder has seven years of Product Management experience in media and technology. Currently, Nicolas works as Senior Principal Product Manager on AT&T’s OTT Video Products Team where he focuses on strategic integrations and partnership opportunities. He has launched several products in highly regulated industries and most recently led DirecTV Now’s integration with Apple’s Siri search. Outside of the office, you can find him running outdoors in neon green shorts, quoting Seinfeld and examining every product sold at Costco.
