California’s New Rule 8.3: The Four Questions

October 24, 2023 @ 12:00 pm - 1:30 pm

- $25 – $50

As of August 1, 2023, California has added rule 8.3 to our Rules of Professional Conduct, which requires lawyers to report the misconduct of other lawyers.  This program will evaluate when, how, why, and to whom a lawyer will need to report.  Although the State Bar has provided guidance on the new rule and we will discuss that guidance, many practitioners are uncertain of how this rule impacts them.  This program will aim to provide practical answers to some of the uncertainty. Please sign up and join us! Lunch will be provided.
