Voting Rights.  Abortion.  Public Health Mandates.  Freedom of Speech.  The politically charged and emotional cases keep coming, and SCOTUS is responding by taking what many would call a sharp turn to the right.  Do we have a political Supreme Court?  And what does that mean to an ever-divided America? 

Erwin Chemerinsky, Dean of UC Berkeley School of Law and renowned constitutional law scholar, will guide us through the Court’s recent decisions, and share his always-fascinating insights into the Justices opinions.
