We’ll discuss how to expose and counter lies in multiple settings, such as in mediation, or when confronting an employee about whether the person traveled to an unsafe region during the pandemic or submitted inaccurate times for work done from home.

Phillip Maltin, Esq., is the Chair of the Commercial and Employment Risk Control Department, and a Partner in the Los Angeles office of Raines Feldman LLP. He is an expert in employment law and litigation. Phil is also an instructor in the Trial Advocacy Project, and a Southern California “Super Lawyer.”
